CURT OEM puck system 5th wheel rails for Chevrolet and GMC trucks combine the functionality of CURT 5th wheel puck system products with the strength and convenience of the factory truck bed puck system The rails are industry-standard to securely mount a CURT 5th wheel hitch or any other 5th wheel with industry-standard mounts They are designed to fit select model years of the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD (see application info to verify fitment).

The rails feature a set of adjustable, quarter-turn anchors to quickly and easily drop into the pucks and provide a moveable platform for the 5th wheel coupling point This puck system adapter requires a specific puck system for installation (year range specific) It features a capacity of 30,000 lbs.
