Recommendation: Verify receiver size, ball hole diameter, and weight ratings before towing. The Class 1 mount uses a 3/4" ball shank; the Switch Ball shank is 1" diameter and will not fit a 3/4" ball hole. Use only components that are compatible, and never exceed the lowest-rated part. Inspect hardware regularly.
